Let us say that you have challenged yourself by creating a deadline for weight loss and have begun your journey towards the slimmer you. You can control your diet to some extent by keeping yourself busy and drinking lots of water, but working out becomes the worst nightmare for most of us, who hate gyms. This is the time when you have to program your sub-conscious mind so that you go to gym as per the directions given. Even focus can be lost at gym if you are a regular visitor. You may tend to decrease the work out schedule or do not push yourself up to the desired level while working out. Thus, f you have decided to loose weight, and then go for it, because the aggression of the first trial never comes again.
Do not be afraid of failures. What is needed is the spirit to achieve and that comes from focus. When a lapse from your program occurs, keep in mind that change is more of a spiral than a straight line. You will lapse from time to time. You may gain a pound or two. Everyone does. Lapses become failures only when they successfully frighten you into stopping your weight reduction program. Those who are ultimately most successful in sustaining weight loss learn from their lapses instead of being frightened by them. Always remember, Failure is an opportunity for you to reflect on why you have failed to maintain your goals, and to make adjustments to your goals or your resolve so as to more successfully meet your goals in the future. You may need to increase your awareness in a specific area or prepare more before getting back into the action stage.
