Since this is natural so it can’t be stopped no matter how many time experts tell you not to do it so frequently as it may lead to frustration and discouragement. But as time goes by you must start to put in a larger gap between consecutive weigh in sessions so as to see better results and use these results to keep yourself encouraged and determined to lose more weight. Also as lose considerable amounts of weight people will start noticing and remarking upon it and that itself is a great source of encouragment for you.
  • Binging Bites: Another important thing to hold on to your current weight is not to binge too much. It is generally normal for those who have just lost considerable weight to start binging because of the new found look and the lack of fear of gaining weight just because they haven’t gained weight for a long time. Though it is a sin for any author to advice against binging since it is one of the key features of many of our festivities and without it the festive spirit is lost. But binging for few days is alright and the weight gained can be easily set straight by a few days of extra hours at the gyms or a few extra kilometers of jogging for the next few weeks. But even the binging goes on for a longer time it adds new dimension to the problem in the form of addiction to good food. It is a known fact that food is highly addictive especially when you have been having goodies for a long time and enjoying the festivities with it. It becomes addictive more so because you start to associate good food with good times and soon you fall back to your old ways and start back on the way to extensive weight gain.
